Newest Photo Challenge Day 41

Yes he does look very cold in this picture and he was so cold outside when standing out there. I wanted a picture of him standing in it while it was snowing and he wasn't too thrilled about it at first. I did allow him to have a cigarette since he was being such a good sport about it.
