Personal Challenge Day 216-245

GEN 9:13 I will set my bow in the clouds, and it shall be the sign of a covenant between me, and between the earth.

GEN 9:14 And when I shall cover the sky with clouds, my bow shall appear in the clouds:

GEN 9:15 And I will remember my covenant with you, and with every living soul that beareth flesh: and there shall no more be waters of a flood to destroy all flesh.

GEN 9:16 And the bow shall be in the clouds, and I shall see it, and shall remember the everlasting covenant, that was made between God and every living soul of all flesh which is upon the earth.

GEN 9:17 And God said to Noe: This shall be the sign of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh upon the earth.

GEN 9:18 And the sons of Noe who came out of the ark, were Sem, Cham, and Japheth: and Cham is the father of Chanaan.

GEN 9:19 These three are the sons of Noe: and from these was all mankind spread over the whole earth.

GEN 9:20 And Noe, a husbandman, began to till the ground, and planted a vineyard.

GEN 9:21 And drinking of the wine was made drunk, and was uncovered in his tent.

GEN 9:22 Which when Cham the father of Chaanan had seen, to wit, that his father's nakedness was uncovered, he told it to his two brethren without.

GEN 9:23 But Sem and Japheth put a cloak upon their shoulders, and going backward, covered the nakedness of their father: and their faces were turned away, and they saw not their father's nakedness.

GEN 9:24 And Noe awaking from the wine, when he had learned what his younger son had done to him,

GEN 9:25 He said: Cursed be Chaanan, a servant of servants, shall he be unto his brethren.

GEN 9:26 And he said: Blessed be the Lord God of Sem, be Chanaan his servant.

GEN 9:27 May God enlarge Japheth, and may he dwell in the tents of Sem, and Chanaan be his servant.

GEN 9:28 And Noe lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years:

GEN 9:29 And all his days were in the whole nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.

GEN 10:1 These are the generations of the sons of Noe: Sem, Cham, and Japheth: and unto them sons were born after the flood.

GEN 10:2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Thubal, and Mosoch, and Thiras.

GEN 10:3 And the sons of Gomer: Ascenez and Riphath and Thogorma.

GEN 10:4 And the sons of Javan: Elisa and Tharsis, Cetthim, and Dodanim.

GEN 10:5 By these were divided the islands of the Gentiles in their lands, every one according to his tongue and their families in their nations.

GEN 10:6 And the sons of Cham: Chus, and Mesram, and Phuth, and Chanaan.

GEN 10:7 And the sons of Chus: Saba and Hevila, and Sabatha, and Regma, and Sabatacha. The sons of Regma: Saba and Dadan.

GEN 10:8 Now Chus begot Nemrod: he began to be mighty on earth.

GEN 10:9 And he was a stout hunter before the Lord. Hence came a proverb: Even as Nemrod the stout hunter before the Lord.

GEN 10:10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babylon, and Arach, and Achad, and Chalanne in the land of Sennaar.

GEN 10:11 Out of that land came forth Assur, and built Ninive, and the streets of the city, and Chale.

GEN 10:12 Resen also between Ninive and Chale: this is the great city.

GEN 10:13 And Mesraim begot Ludim, and Anamim, and Laabim, Nepthuim,

GEN 10:14 And Phetrusim, and Chasluim; of whom came forth the Philistines, and the Capthorim.

GEN 10:15 And Chanaan begot Sidon, his firstborn, the Hethite,

Newest Photo Challenge Day 111

I love this picture of Alex and his parents. Not a lot of people would opt to have this at their wedding, but you know what, I am so glad this did happen. When we were planning on how things were going to be done at the ceremony and this was one of the things I thought were important. I always imagined my mom and dad walking me down the aisle the day we got married, so what better way to have his parents walk him down the aisle. He was kind of mad about it at first, but thought it was a neat idea in the long run. I have seen this a few times in the past because the couple that was getting married was older so they were being supported by both of their parents. I love both of our sets of parents and I am so glad to say they are my inlaws.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 110

This is a picture of the program that was handed out to the guests as they arrived at the church. I love the picture that was used in it because it was the night that he took me to the Restaurant at the top of the Space Needle in Seattle WA. Little did we know that the day we got married would start a journey of us traveling clear across the country and keep us close to our friends and family like they lived next door. We love you guys and can't thank each and every one of you for the love and support you have shown and given us.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 109

This was right before the ceremony started and I love the fact that again even though they are in the church they are just being themselves. I love these guys and Alex wouldn't have any one different from having these guys being by his side the day he got married.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 108

Another shot of some of the guys being themselves right before the ceremony. I love these pictures like this because that is how they are in real life. We were told by a lot of friends and family that were able to be at our wedding, that it was the way they always imagined it would be. Yes we did have some parts that had to be done in the ceremony and such, but it was so laid back and that is the way we wanted it to be. I love each and every one of these guys and you will always be part of our family.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 107

I don't remember when this picture was taken, but I think it was right before I walked down the aisle. I look absolutely nervous, but pretty excited that the next time I saw Alex would be when I was meeting up with him to get married. What a beautiful sight and I wouldn't have it any other way trust me. The church that we got married in had a lot of history in it. It was the same church that my parents got married in and many other family members of mine were also married there. In fact, the organist and some of the choir members also sang and/or played at my parents wedding. All I can say, is that we were truly blessed to have them in our lives.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 106

There is so much history in this picture that is so neat and I am so glad that each and every one of these ladies shared our day with us. It starts with my sister and goes all the way down to my second youngest niece. I have spent some really good times and some hard times with each and every one of these very special ladies in the pictures. I love each and every one of you and can't wait to have a reunion of all of us in the future. You never know it might be when we celebrate our 10 year Anniversary. There is one young lady that isn't in this picture which is fine because she is very shy and that would be Miss Tiffany. She was such a beautiful young girl and I will cherish the pictures I have of her and her father Steven. I didn't know that the guys were goofing off with their pictures and if I knew that was the case, then I think we would have done some crazy one. We left it to the guys to do and that is fine.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 105

Okay now this is a nice picture of the guys. I have to admit seeing these guys either in their uniform and/or in a tuxedo they look pretty darn good. Sometimes I wish that they could wear them all the time and not some of the stuff that I have seen them wear, but that it is wishful thinking.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 104

This pictures is just priceless. I remember waking up the day after our wedding to an email from our photographer posting this on his blog. Of course, I didn't know that this was going on right in front of church building on the steps as people would be pulling up to park to come to our wedding. As you can tell, they had fun and is all that matters. A lot of people didn't realize this, but the guys that were in our wedding knew one of us either through a friend and/or a significant other. I love each and every one of these guys and we were so glad to have them share our special day with you all. We can't wait to celebrate another fun day together.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 103

This is Alex and his parents the day we got married. I will admit that I have never seen these two so happy that day. We might not always see eye to eye when it comes to certain things in the way we do things, but we will always love them. Also, I have to admit that Elliott (his father) looked really nice in his tuxedo. This was one of the last times that the whole family was together as a family. We have wonderful memories and will always keep them in our hearts.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 102

This is my mom and I right before the ceremony started. With all that was going on trying to get ready and get there on time, we completely forgot about the dress strings you use to hang up a dress on the hangers. My mother and I might not always see eye to eye on things, but you know what I couldn't ask for a better mom ever. She is an amazing woman and very strong, so she makes me so proud to have her in my life. I love you mom and I appreciate all that you have done to make me the strong independent woman and wife that I am today.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 101

I tagged my friend Mary in this picture and we all know why. I love the guy that is in this picture of me on our wedding day. Lee is a special man in my family. Mary is one very special lady to have him in her life. I will never forget the day I told them both that I reconnected with Alex. They were both so happy for me and they could tell he was treating me right because they had never seen me as happy as I was with him since they have known me. I have known Mary and Lee for over 10 years now and that must say a lot about Alex. I always knew he was a nice looking man, but the day I saw him in a tuxedo at our wedding. I was like damn Mary is one lucky woman. I will always have this memory to keep no matter how far the military takes Alex and I away from our friends and family.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 100

I love this picture of my dad and I. I never knew what it was going to be like to have my dad take me to the church the day I got married. I will admit I am definitely a daddy's girl and it was very emotional for me the day I got married because I knew from that point on my dad wasn't the only male figure in my life. I am the baby of the family and was the last to leave my parents house, but you know what I learned over the years, that once I left I wasn't going back. My parents have always taught me move forward and yes we have had our rough patches, but you know. Who hasn't in their lives. I love you dad and I am so proud to be your daughter. You are my papa bear and I will always will be your baby bear.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 99

This would be my something old, something, new, something borrowed, and some blue. The earrings were my mom's mom who passed away before we got married which I used for my something borrowed. My dress was my something new that meant a lot because not did I just have my mom with me the day I bought my dress but I also had my father. The pendant was my something old which came from my dad's mom who also passed away before we got married. My garter was my something blue. When Alex and I got married we had quite a few family members of ours that weren't able to be with us in person, but having them there in person, meant the most to us. We will always love you guys and will never forget you.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 98

These two have been through so much together. I know most of it was before I was in the picture again 5 years ago, but you know what. Alex couldn't have had a better Best Man at Our Wedding. Yes, he made Alex almost late to our ceremony, but he got him there on time and there was no problems. We have had a lot of fun that day and won't forget all the memories we made because they were once in a lifetime type of thing.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 97

This is Alex and some of his family. Not all of them are there because the rest are the boys. There is one of his sister's that are missing, but I think she was the one that was taking the picture. I can't believe that this was taken almost 4 years ago and so much has changed since this picture was taken. We love you guys and soon we will be together again to visit.

Personal Challenge Day 195-215

GEN 8:15 And God spoke to Noe, saying:

GEN 8:16 Go out of the ark, thou and thy wife, thy sons, and the wives of thy sons with thee.

GEN 8:17 All livings things that are with thee of all flesh, as well in fowls as in beasts, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, bring out with thee, and go ye upon the earth: increased and multiply upon it.

GEN 8:18 So Noe went out, he and his sons: his wife, and the wives of his sons with him.

GEN 8:19 And all living things, and cattle, and creeping things that creep upon the earth, according to their kinds, went out of the ark.

GEN 8:20 And Noe built an altar unto the Lord: and taking of all cattle and fowls that were clean, offered holocausts upon the altar.

GEN 8:21 And the Lord smelled a sweet savour, and said: I will no more curse the earth for the sake of man: for the imagination and thought of man's heart are prone to evil from his youth: therefore I will no more destroy every living soul as I have done.

GEN 8:22 All the days of the earth, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, night and day, shall not cease.

GEN 9:1 And God blessed Noe and his sons. And he said to them: Increase and multiply, and fill the earth.

GEN 9:2 And let the fear and dread of you be upon all the beasts of the earth, and upon all the fowls of the air, and all that move upon the earth: all the fishes of the sea are delivered into your hand.

GEN 9:3 And every thing that moveth and liveth shall be meat for you: even as the green herbs have I delivered them all to you:

GEN 9:4 Saving that flesh with blood you shall not eat.

GEN 9:5 For I will require the blood of your lives at the hand of every beast, and at the hand of man, at the hand of every man, and of his brother, will I require the life of man.

GEN 9:6 Whosoever shall shed man's blood, his blood shall be shed: for man was made to the image of God.

GEN 9:7 But increase you and multiply, and go upon the earth, and fill it.

GEN 9:8 This also said God to Noe, and to his sons with him,

GEN 9:9 Behold I will establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you:

GEN 9:10 And with every living soul that is with you, as well in all birds as in cattle and beasts of the earth, that are come forth out of the ark, and in all the beasts of the earth.

GEN 9:11 I will establish my covenant with you, and all flesh shall be no more destroyed with the waters of a flood, neither shall there be from henceforth a flood to waste the earth.

GEN 9:12 And God said: This is the sign of the covenant which I will give between me and you, and to every living soul that is with you, for perpetual generations.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 96

This is another one that was taken by Youkeun Oh. We had so much fun in the short amount of time that we were at the Zoo. We wish we would have another opportunity with him to take more pictures of us. You never know, maybe the Navy will allow him to go back to LA here pretty soon. We love meet new people, but it would be nice to be around friends and family that actually give a damn for a change. The last two pictures just started the fun for us this week.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 95

This was one of the many pictures that are wonderful photographer Youkeun Oh took of us at the Los Angeles Zoo for our Engagement Session. A lot of people would have never though about the Zoo to use for a Session like this, but if you ever take the time out to look around you would be amazed of where some nice places would be to take pictures.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 94

This was at another rest stop during the trip. I am not sure where this was taken, but I know we were tired and ready for these trips we were taking to be over.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 93

I know this is a crappy picture because the sun shining on it but I had to share this one. This is what happens when you are going through the Rocky Mountains with an unopened bag of chips. This is the bag that didn't break open because of the pressure in the car, but there was another bag of chips that did break open and it scared us in more ways than one. We thought we actually blew a tire on the car, but we were lucky. Just a tip that we can share with our friends if they ever make that same trip. Open your bags of food when you are traveling through the Rocky Mountains.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 92

This was taken on the road trip to LA for our wedding. I wasn't too thrilled about this trip for numerous of reasons, so I won't bring up a tough situation for both of us that I am just going to leave it at that. I love him and I don't regret ever taking these trips with him during our travels of our relationship ever. I have seen some gorgeous sights with him and love that I can share some of them with you guys. Even though pictures don't do most of them any wonders. Love you baby.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 91

This is the first picture of us in our new place in WI. I can't remember if this was actually taken before or after our stuff got there from the movers. The one thing I was really looking forward to in this place was the fact that both of us were able to decorate this place together. When I moved up to WA he had already had things he wanted them to be, so I really didn't get much of a say of certain things. We were really looking forward to the days and weeks that were to come after this picture was taken.

Thursday, July 28, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 90

The people that are in this picture are our movers from when we moved to WI from WA and their dogs. The two German Shepherd are Indiana & River and the little Pomeranian is Bailey. These were amazing movers because when they were on the road with our stuff we got updates every couple of days of how their progress was on the trip going to drop off our stuff. After having the company that we had when we made our next move, I wish we could have had them again. The other company sucked big time and they were nothing like this couple was.

Wednesday, July 27, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 89

This was one of the few stops we made in WI once we got our place there before we headed back to WA for the pack out. This is the Jelly Belly Factory about 5 miles from our place in WI. We had so much fun just being tourists on this tour, but realized that we were going to be starting a new chapter in both of our lives pretty soon in WI and also IL. I couldn't believe that shortly after this picture was taken I was going to be seeing it again right before we got married. I never do ever want to change what I have done with Alex because he has shown me and given me the world.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 88

This picture was taken when went apartment hunting to the Midwest. We look exhausted and that was because we only had a couple of days in between when he checked out of the Lincoln to when we had the movers coming to pick up our stuff. We chose to drive since he didn't like to fly at the time, so in the process we saw a lot of the country during this trip and also during the trip that we did when we did the move to WI. Some of the rest stops were nice and some of them I don't want to ever remember again.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 87

This was the day that Alex officially checked out off the Lincoln. Yes he doesn't look happy here, but you know what. He was very happy and scared for a couple of reasons. One of them being that he was off of sea duty for 3 years and the other one was that the next time he checked into a command he was going to be a married man. He was ready to start a new chapter in his life and was happy that I was standing by his side to do. Love you baby.

Sunday, July 24, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 86

This picture was taken at the Weekend retreat that we had to attend before we got married. I am going to be honest with you, Alex wasn't happy about going to this because it was the weekend before he was going underway again with the ship which meant he couldn't sleep in his own bed let alone sleep with me in the bed with him. We fought all the way there and also the morning after we got there that we almost missed breakfast. The good thing is that at the end of the weekend, he admitted something to me which was that he understood why we were going through all that we were to get married. He also, told me that he couldn't wait to start the next chapter of our lives with him. I know cry needs to be inserted here, but I love him any ways.

Thursday, July 21, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 85

I believe this picture was taken right before we took my parents to the airport. This is my cousin George Murray on my dad's side of the family. It was hard to get to know him before I moved up to WA because he lived in MI until the year I moved up to WA. I have to admit it was really cool hanging out with a cousin of mine I really didn't see much of growing up. George I will never forget my birthday that year because of the fun we had doing shots at Karaoke nights. Miss you buddy and can't wait to hang out again real soon.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 84

My mom and dad the night we went bowling in WA. We had so much fun that night and it reminded me of the days when my dad was in a bowling league with his work and I would watch him bowl. I was never really good at it and I know if I did it more, then it would be different. I guess it isn't just my kind of thing. So many memories were made that week with these two and I can't thank them enough for all that they have taught Alex and I on how to be husband and wife. Heck if they can last almost 40 years of being married with all they have been through, then I know Alex and I can handle the last 2 years of him being in the Navy.

Wednesday, July 20, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 83

This is us on the flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln the same day the previous picture was taken of my parents. We had a great visit with my parents this weekend and made lots of new memories considering this was the first time my parents actually came to visit us in our own place and not the other way around. Yes growing up I did complain about some of the things my parents had me do, but you know what. I wouldn't have it any other way because they made me the wonderful wife and friend I can ever be to my husband.

Monday, July 18, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 82

This is my parents on the flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln when they came to visit us in WA for a week. My dad was in heaven because he had been on the intrepid in New York which is a museum, but not an active carrier. Since my father is a big history buff it was neat to see a big smile on his face when he walking around with us on the ship. The structure that is in the background is what as known as the super structure of the carrier for people that don't know what that is called.

Sunday, July 17, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 81

Another night of Karaoke in Everett, WA. This is pretty much where you found us on a Friday and Saturday night with good friends on top of great entertainment. Even though Alex is tone death and never did get up on stage and sing, he would be a great sport about it. I miss having nights like this that we would do this, but the Navy has made our lives change so, much lately that normally a date night is us either watching a movie out in town or just chilling at home on the couch. We miss these days, but you know what we have a lot of awesome ones coming very soon.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 80

This was right before the guys went and raced on the track. I would've loved to go and drive one but I will admit I was a little chicken. One of these days I will go ahead and drive one on a track like this one, but not right now. I will let him do all the high speed stuff and I will just back and watch him enjoy it with the guys.

Friday, July 15, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 79

I don't know who had more fun this day. This was the first time I had ever been to a Go-Cart Track in my life. I was too chicken to actually go and race one, but to see these two guys go at it like little boys I thought it was way too cute. Maybe one of these days I will actually get on one that isn't a little kiddie one as they would tell me.

Thursday, July 14, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 78

This was taken right after Alex came back from being gone underway on the Lincoln for 7 1/2 weeks. I thought that time we had apart was rough, but I had no clue that it was nothing like what I was going to go through when he went on deployment. All I know is when you are dealing with a deployment and/or an underway period as a Military Wife the best thing you can do is keep yourself busy. Alex and I couldn't thank our friends enough at this time and just recently for all the help and support that was given to us. We love each and every one of you and can't wait to return the favor to each and every one of you.

Personal Challenge Day 182-194

GEN 8:2 The fountains also of the deep, and the flood gates of heaven were shut up, and the rain from heaven was restrained.

GEN 8:3 And the waters returned from off the earth going and coming: and they began to be abated after a hundred and fifty days.

GEN 8:4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, the seven and twentieth day of the month, upon the mountains of Armenia.

GEN 8:5 And the waters were going and decreasing until the tenth month: for in the tenth month, the first day of the month, the tops of the mountains appeared.

GEN 8:6 And after that forty days were passed, Noe, opening the window of the ark which he had made, sent forth a raven:

GEN 8:7 Which went forth and did not return, till the waters were dried up upon the earth.

GEN 8:8 He sent forth also a dove after him, to see if the waters had now ceased upon the face of the earth.

GEN 8:9 But she, not finding where her foot might rest, returned to him into the ark: for the waters were upon the whole earth: and he put forth his hand, and caught her, and brought her into the ark.

GEN 8:10 And having waited yet seven other days, he again sent forth the dove out of the ark.

GEN 8:11 And she came to him in the evening, carrying a bough of an olive tree, with green leaves, in her mouth. Noe therefore understood that the waters were ceased upon the earth.

GEN 8:12 And he stayed yet other seven days: and he sent forth the dove, which returned not any more unto him.

GEN 8:13 Therefore in the six hundreth and first year, the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were lessened upon the earth, and Noe opening the covering of the ark, looked, and saw that the face of the earth was dried.

GEN 8:14 In the second month, the seven and twentieth day of the month, the earth was dried.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 77

This is us on our 1st 4th of July together. We are standing in an area where the place we were at would allow you to set off the fireworks that you bought. Yes it was during the day, but you know what we had a lot of fun. I have never seen Alex with the biggest smile on his face before this day. He tells me that he loves to blow stuff up and I know he is in his major happy place when he is setting off fireworks. This picture was taken a couple of days before he left for 7 1/2 weeks of being away from me. All I know is I thought I was not going to be able to get through them, but again if it weren't for Kristy and Danny along with a few other friends when he was gone the time would have gone by so slowly.

Tuesday, July 12, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 76

This was one of the many times that Alex and I went to go do Karaoke at Hunan's Palace with Danny and Kristy. As I have stated in some previous posts, yes things have changed in our lives, but you know what we always had fun no matter what we were doing. We love you guys and will never forget the memories that we made that summer we lived in WA.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 75

This is Alex and I in front of a little roller coaster at the Evergreen State Fair in WA State. A lot of people don't know this, but he doesn't like roller coaster rides, so I went with him on a smaller one that is mostly made for kids to ride, but you know that is okay. I love him any ways and will be happy to ride the smaller rides with him if it means he will get on them with me. I also love the fact that he is wearing the shirt that he in this picture. I didn't like it when he first got it, but you know what now that I think about it, it fits his personality. Love you honey.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 74

These are the beautiful falls of Snoqualmie Falls. I do not think I have to say anything more about this picture. I sometimes wish I was back there so I can enjoy beautiful view. This picture does not do it any wonders.

Sunday, July 10, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 73

This is us standing in front of the falls. Right across the way from us and when you are looking at the falls to our right there was a pair of Falcons nesting. I can't remember which type of Falcons they were, but you know what just to be able to witness them being able to raise their young in the wild and their natural habitat was a beautiful sight. I so want to go back there again to visit this with my camera to be to get better pictures.

Friday, July 08, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 72

This is myself in the same spot as Alex. I wish every one could go there to see the sights that we saw. The pictures I am posting again don't do them any justice because they were only taken with a point and shoot camera.

Thursday, July 07, 2011

Newest Photo Challenge Day 71

This is Alex right in front of the Snoqualmie Falls waterfall in WA. What a beautiful sight to see. Yes the drive was crazy to get there, but you know what. Absolutely worth the drive and the headache that I go when we actually stopped to take pictures near it. I would just highly recommend if you do plan on going to visit there, make sure you are prepared to be walking a lot and bring your best camera. I didn't have my best one with me that day and I still got some amazing pictures.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 70

This isn't one that I am too happy with either, but you know what it is both of us in the same area that we took pictures of us with "The Beast." I was in my perfect zone this weekend because I was in the middle of nature. I would have loved to go back there during the winter again to spend some more time there with taking pictures of the scenery but we can thank the Navy for us not having more time there accept for a couple of days. Lots of fun and lots of memories to keep forever.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 69

This is myself and the infamous truck called "The Beast". Yes I did give her a hard time and complained on how much gas she used in a small trip to and from the base when we had her, but I did love her. She was good to us and now since we have had two SUV's I wouldn't go to a smaller car ever again. I feel safer in these cars than I do in any of the other ones. She had a lot of power and was an awesome car.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 68

Alex was so excited about being to use "The Beast" as we called it over this weekend. When we got this Durango, we thought that is one big car, but once we got used to driving it, it was a piece of cake. I have to admit this is the second car that we have had since Alex and I got together. I loved it and lots of memories we want to keep and not keep were made in this car.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 67

The only thing that I don't like about this picture of me is that my face looks horribly fat in it. I know it isn't too bad, but still. What was I thinking by posting this picture. I have to admit the sights we saw that weekend was so worth the drive and some of the horrible pictures that were taken.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 66

This was taken on our way to Snoqualmie Falls which is on the other side of Mt. Baker in WA State. Again it was a long drive for us both to handle, but you know what it was a great experience and I wouldn't change it for anything. We actually got to use our new SUV for the mountain roads that weekend since we bought it after it stopped snowing for the year.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 65

This picture was also taken the same night the one of Alex was taken in the previous picture. We had so much fun that weekend even though the festivities ended earlier than we really wanted them. Lots of great memories to keep with us and made a few that we will always remember. I think mine would be walking back to our hotel both of us drunk but the key word is walked and not driving. That is how small the town was.

Personal Challenge Day 155-181

GEN 6:21 Thou shalt take unto thee of all food that may be eaten, and thou shalt lay it up with thee: and it shall be food for thee and them.

GEN 6:22 And Noe did all things which God commanded him.

GEN 7:1 And the Lord said to him: Go in thou and all thy house into the ark: for thee I have seen just before me in this generation.

GEN 7:2 Of all clean beasts take seven and seven, the male and female.

GEN 7:3 But of the beasts that are unclean two and two, the male and female. Of the fowls also of the air seven and seven, the male and the female: that seed may be saved upon the face of the whole earth.

GEN 7:4 For yet a while, and after seven days, I will rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and I will destroy every substance that I have made, from the face of the earth.

GEN 7:5 And Noe did all things which the Lord had commanded him.

GEN 7:6 And he was six hundred years old, when the waters of the flood overflowed the earth.

GEN 7:7 And Noe went in and his sons, his wife and the wives of his sons with him into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.

GEN 7:8 And of the beasts clean and unclean, and of fowls, and of every thing that moveth upon the earth,

GEN 7:9 Two and two went in to Noe into the ark, male and female, as the Lord had commanded Noe.

GEN 7:10 And after seven days were passed, the waters of the flood overflowed the earth.

GEN 7:11 In the six hundreth year of the life of Noe in the second month, in the seventeenth day of the month, all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the flood gates of heaven were open:

GEN 7:12 And the rain fell upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

GEN 7:13 In the selfsame day Noe, and Sem, and Cham, and Japheth his sons: his wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, went into the ark:

GEN 7:14 They and every beast according to its kind, and all the cattle in their kind, and every thing that moveth upon the earth according to its kind, and every fowl according to its kind, and every fowl according to its kind, all birds, and all that fly.

GEN 7:15 Went in to Noe into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein was the breath of life.

GEN 7:16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the Lord shut him in on the outside.

GEN 7:17 And the flood was forty days upon the earth, and the waters increased, and lifted up the ark on high from earth.

GEN 7:18 For they overflowed exceedingly: and filled all on the face of the earth: and the ark was carried upon the waters.

GEN 7:19 And the waters prevailed beyond measure upon the earth: and all the high mountains under the whole heaven were covered.

GEN 7:20 The water was fifteen cubits higher than the mountains which it covered.

GEN 7:21 And all flesh was destroyed that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beasts, and of all creeping things that creep upon the earth: and all men.

GEN 7:22 And all things wherein there is the breath of life on the earth, died.

GEN 7:23 And he destroyed all the substance that was upon the earth, from man to beast, and the creeping things and fowls of the air: and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noe only remained, and they that were with him in the ark.

GEN 7:24 And the waters prevailed upon the earth a hundred and fifty days.

GEN 8:1 And God remembered Noe, and all the living creatures, and all the cattle which were with him in the ark, and brought a wind upon the earth, and the waters were abated.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 64

This picture was the first trip Alex took me after I made the move to WA. This was in a little town called Leavenworth WA which is a little German town about 4 hours from Everett. They were having a little Beer Fest that weekend and we were like cool because we can have a little bit of fun trying new beers but unfortunately they closed it early, so there went that idea. As you can tell, Alex isn't used to German Beers and he was feeling it even though he just had half of one when I took this picture. I love you baby.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 63

This was at the karaoke place that we would go to on a regular basis in WA. If you weren't sure where to find us then all you would have to do is go Hunan Palace in Everett WA. We had lots of memories made there and I don't know if we will ever make another trip back there, but if we do then we are going to make it a point to go.

Newest Photo Challenge Day 62

As Kristy said in her comment this is Roy. This is another friend I made that night with the meeting of Kristy and Danny. I don't know what happened to him, but you know what I am sure he is doing well. If we are meant to keep in touch, then our paths will cross again soon in the future.
